He also provided legal guidance and support to the DoE as a major funder, overseeing all real estate and Louisiana law issues. Additionally, Jeff represented an international lender in one of the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility projects. Another significant engagement is his representation of the Bank of China in a major methanol development project. He is involved in several ongoing projects, including a solar project and a sustainable aviation fuel project, where he is providing legal support and guidance to facilitate the development of renewable energy infrastructure.
