The Jones Walker securities team, led by partner Ken Najder, with assistance from partners Thomas Kimball and Alex Layfield, and associates Det Beal and Tyler Hays, represented Lumen Technologies, Inc and its principal financing subsidiary in connection with cash tender offers to acquire nearly $950 million of eight separate series of their respective senior unsecured notes. These offers were launched and settled in November 2024 using the Securities and Exchange Commission’s accelerated tender process.
