On November 13, 2013, Mark A. Cunningham, a partner, and associates Christopher D. Cazenave, Adrienne L. Ellis, and Mia Mitchell Grandpre, all in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, hosted a panel to discuss recent antitrust developments in the health care industry. Specifically, the panelists covered current antitrust developments in the area of patent settlements, state-action immunity, and monopolization. The program was presented by the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law–Health Care & Pharmaceuticals Committee.
