Jones Walker LLP's New Orleans office will welcome the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law presenting, "Construction Contracts: Finding Common Ground in Drafting and Negotiating Design and Construction Clauses" on February 26, 2016. The program will be hosted in six cities across the country on February 26, 2016 and March 4, 2016 and will cover design and construction concepts that apply to a range of projects. The program is designed for new construction lawyers and experienced lawyers who occasionally practice construction law, to learn contract essentials from the leading construction lawyers in their location. Richard J. Tyler,  partner in the firm's New Orleans office and chair of the construction practice, will act as the local liaison for the New Orleans program.
