ATLANTA, February 22, 2017—Jones Walker LLP is pleased to announce that Neal J. Sweeney, a partner in the firm's Atlanta office, has been recognized in the 2017 edition of Georgia Super Lawyers in the area of Construction Litigation,and William J. Neal J. Sweeney has been serving the construction industry for 30 years, focusing exclusively on construction law and government contracts, with extensive experience on major infrastructure and P3 projects, such as transit, airports, highways, wastewater treatment, and tunnels.

William J. Shaughnessy focuses his practice on construction and infrastructure projects, contract review and negotiation, and construction litigation. He currently represents a design-build contractor on a $125 million dispute on a major Texas Transportation construction project with issues involving extra work, delay, lost productivity and disruption, differing site conditions, and cumulative impact.
