ATLANTA, April 14, 2016 – Jones Walker LLP announced that Chad V. Theriot has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group.
Mr. Theriot joined Jones Walker in February 2016 and is a partner on the firm’s Construction Practice Team in the Atlanta office. In his new role, Mr. Theriot will work closely with Richard J. Tyler, Co-Chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group, to oversee the management and strategic efforts of the firm’s growing group.
Mr. Theriot focuses his practice on major public and commercial construction and infrastructure projects representing both domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of construction, contracting, and procurement activities. He represents owners, commercial and government contractors, major subcontractors, and original equipment manufacturers in construction litigation and construction claims avoidance.
