Jessica S. Allain
Jessica Allain joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Lafayette office. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real property litigation, construction law, and appellate law. Ms. Allain is a 2013 graduate of the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
P. Michael Boyd
Mike Boyd joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office. He is a 2016 graduate of the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree, summa cum laude. He was also a member of the Loyola Law Review and a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar.
Michael A. Foley
Michael Foley joins the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Mr. Foley was a law clerk for the Honorable Brian Jackson, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, and also the Honorable Bernette Johnson, Chief Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court. Mr. Foley earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review Executive Board.
Thomas D. Kimball
Thomas Kimball joins the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New Orleans office. He is a 2016 graduate of the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he received a juris doctor degree, summa cum laude, a Certificate in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship, and earned the William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar distinction. In addition, Mr. Kimball was an articles editor on the Loyola Law Review Editorial Board and served in Loyola’s Entrepreneurship Project, a partnership with Propeller that provided free transactional legal services to the underserved business and non-profit communities of New Orleans.
Elisabeth B. LeBlanc
Elisabeth LeBlanc joins the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in New Orleans office. Ms. LeBlanc is a 2016 graduate of the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she received her juris doctor degree and a Diploma in Comparative Law, cum laude. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to Judge Fredericka Homberg Wicker at the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
Tiffany C. Raush
Tiffany Raush joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Houston office. Ms. Raush’s practice includes complex commercial and tort litigation. She is a 2010 graduate of the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude. During law school, Ms. Raush served as the managing editor of the Florida Law Review.
Samantha M. Schott
Samantha Schott joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office. She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Zainey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Ms. Schott received her juris doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as the editor-in-chief of the 2014-2015 Alabama Law Review. While in law school, she served as an intern for Judge Madeleine Landrieu of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
Christopher K. Ulfers
Christopher Ulfers joins the Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Mr. Ulfers externed for Chief Judge Brian A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Susie Morgan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. In 2015, Mr. Ulfers earned his juris doctor degree, summa cum laude, and his Diploma in Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
Matthew C. Usdin
Matthew Usdin joins the Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Mr. Usdin externed for Judge Susie Morgan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and also served as a legal assistant for Mubadala Development Company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Mr. Usdin received his juris doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as the articles editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law.
Justin C. Ward
Justin Ward joins the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office. Mr. Ward is a 2013 graduate of the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received a juris doctor degree, cum laude, and a Certificate in Civil Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and received the CALI Award for Louisiana Civil Torts and UCC Article 9 Securities Devices.
Jane Y. White
Jane White joins the Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Ms. White received her juris doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York City where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award in the spring of 2016.
