Jeanne L. Amy
Jeanne L. Amy joins the Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Ms. Amy focuses on maritime litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Prior to joining Jones Walker, she was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable W. Eugene Davis of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She received her juris doctor, cum laude, in 2017 from Tulane University, where she was Editor in Chief of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. Ms. Amy received her Master of Science in Journalism from Boston University and her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Wellesley College. Ms. Amy is currently a vice chair of the American Bar Association Admiralty & Maritime Law Committee.
Nnaemeka K. Anyanwu
Nnaemeka K. Anyanwu joins the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New Orleans office. He received his juris doctor in 2017 from Howard University School of Law, where he was a Senior Staff Editor for the Howard Law Journal. He received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University School of Business in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, with a minor in Public Administration from Montclair State University in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Anyanwu was a regulatory law clerk for the Financial Services Roundtable, an advocacy organization for America’s financial services industry, and was an honors intern in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Investment Management. He also was a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert R. Rigsby for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
James R. Artzer
James R. Artzer joins the Construction team in the Atlanta office. He focuses on construction and infrastructure projects, contract review and negotiation, and construction litigation. He received his juris doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was Lead Articles Editor for the school’s Law and Psychology Review. During law school, Mr. Artzer was a judicial intern for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler of the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from Rhodes College.
Madison M. Hentze
Madison M. Hentze joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office. She received her juris doctor from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She also earned a Diploma in Comparative Law and received CALI awards for immigration law, conflict of laws, and legal research and writing. Ms. Hentze received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University.
Joseph Z. Landry
Joseph Z. Landry joins the Tax & Estates Practice Group in the New Orleans office. He earned his Master of Laws in Taxation and a certificate in state and local taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017. While at Georgetown, Mr. Landry’s internship experience included extensive research in the field of state and local tax. Mr. Landry earned his juris doctor in 2016 from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was President of the Tax Law Society and Treasurer of the Real Estate Law Society. He received his Bachelor of Science in 2013 from Louisiana State University.
Henry “Hank” Rauschenberger
Henry “Hank” Rauschenberger joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Baton Rouge office. He received his juris doctor and a Diploma in Comparative Law, magna cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Rauschenberger was Articles Editor for the Louisiana Law Review. He earned his Master of Education from Lamar University and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, cum laude, from Elmhurst College.

Victoria Bagot joins the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Her principal areas of practice are corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate representation. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Ms. Bagot was an associate in the capital markets and mergers & acquisitions practice group at the Houston office of an Am Law 100 firm. She earned her juris doctor, cum laude, in 2014 from Tulane University Law School, where she was Associate Editor and Articles Editor of the Tulane Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
Zachary W. Branson
Zachary W. Branson joins the Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the Jackson office. He handles matters involving commercial real estate, commercial transactions, and corporate counseling, and has experience in complex, multi-forum litigation. He represents clients in a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and entertainment. Mr. Branson received his juris doctor in 2015 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review and was also a member of the Virginia Law & Business Society. He received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi, where he was a Barksdale Scholar.
Minia E. Bremenstul
Minia E. Bremenstul joins the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office. She has experience with federal and state employment law litigation and arbitration, wage and hour litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bremenstul was a law clerk for the Honorable Susie Morgan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She received her juris doctor and a Diploma in Comparative Law, summa cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Herbert Law Center. While in law school, she was Executive Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review and received from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, the CALI award for the highest grade in legal research and writing I and II, employment discrimination, torts, and immigration law. Ms. Bremenstul earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2008 from the University of Virginia.
Katelyn P. Gunn
Katelyn P. Gunn joins the Tax & Estates Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Before joining Jones Walker, Ms. Gunn’s prior legal experience included advising single-employer and multi-employer clients on issues related to qualified retirement plans and welfare plans. Ms. Gunn continues to practice in the area of employee benefits, preparing plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and other documents necessary for plan administration. She also practices in the area of estate planning, assisting clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, marital agreements, powers of attorney, and family wealth transfer strategies. She received her juris doctor, cum laude, in 2015 from Tulane University Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. During her third year of law school, she was a judicial extern to the Honorable Kurt D. Engelhardt of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Ms. Gunn received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
Zachary D. Ludens
Zachary D. Ludens joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group on the Banking and Creditor Rights team in the Miami office. He received his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was Senior Editing Writer for the University of Miami Law Review and was interschool competition chair for the mock trial team. While attending law school, Mr. Ludens also received his Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Miami. He received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Government and International Affairs as well as History from Augustana College in South Dakota.
Sarah E. Sullivan (*admitted in New York; not yet admitted in Louisiana)
Sarah E. Sullivan joins the Business & Banking Practice Group in the New Orleans office. She handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including bankruptcy, sports law, false advertising, trademarks and copyrights, complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and financial services litigation. Ms. Sullivan received her juris doctor from New York University School of Law, where she was the John J. Creedon Scholar and was Articles Editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She was also a member of NYU Law Women and Law Students for Human Rights. She previously interned for the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Sullivan received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Barnard College.
Justin M. Woodard
Justin M. Woodard joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Corporate Compliance & White Collar Defense team in the New Orleans office. He works on a diverse range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, criminal prosecutions, government investigations, and appeals. Before joining Jones Walker, Mr. Woodard was a law clerk for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans. Prior to his clerkship, he practiced for several years in the Washington, D.C. office of a top international law firm. Mr. Woodard began his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable David C. Norton, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He received his juris doctor, magna cum laude, as well as numerous academic awards, from Tulane University Law School. While in law school, he was Editor in Chief of the Tulane Law Review. Mr. Woodard earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Sewanee: The University of the South, where he was recognized with distinction in his Philosophy major and selected for membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
