Kaitlyn M. Daniel joins the Corporate Practice Group in the New Orleans office. She earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While in law school, Ms. Daniel externed for Judge John W. deGravelles of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and served as a production editor for the Louisiana State University Journal of Energy Law and Resources. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
Tiffany Dupree
Tiffany Dupree joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office. She assists clients in a wide range of business and commercial litigation and post-judgment recovery efforts, including energy and environmental issues. Before joining Jones Walker, Mrs. Dupree completed a summer law clerkship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She received her juris doctor, cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana State University.
Cami J. Fergus
Cami J. Fergus joins the Tax Practice Group on the State & Local Tax Team in the New Orleans office. Prior to joining Jones Walker, she served as an extern for the Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel and was a tax preparer for the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program. She also worked for the Honorable Robin M. Giarrusso of the Orleans Parish Civil District Court. Ms. Fergus earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, followed by her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and German, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas.
Jessica E. Gopiao
Jessica E. Gopiao joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Miami office. She assists in a wide range of banking and asset recovery matters, including fraudulent conveyance actions, alter-ego claims, corporate veil piercing, and post-judgment collections. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Ms. Gopiao completed several law clerkships at different firms and worked for the Honorable Karen E. Scott for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Gopiao received her juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, cum laude, from Chapman University.
Katherine E. Herbert
Katherine E. Herbert joins the Corporate Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office. She assists in public finance transactions, and her practice includes working with the firm’s economic development consulting arm, Jones Walker Consulting, LLC. Ms. Herbert earned her juris doctor and diploma in comparative law, magna cum laude, from the Louisiana State Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
Amber L. Kipfmiller
Amber L. Kipfmiller joins the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office. She focuses on a broad range of business and commercial litigation, real property litigation, and construction law. She earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as executive notes and comments editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and Honor Council Chair. While in law school, Ms. Kipfmiller completed a clerkship with the Honorable Katharine M. Samson, Chief Judge at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
Sara B. Kuebel
Sara B. Kuebel joins the Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Her practice focuses on maritime litigation, including allisions and collisions, claims under General Maritime Law, the Jones Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act. Ms. Kuebel earned her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, graduating in the top two percent of her class. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
Leslie LaCoste
Leslie LaCoste joins the Corporate Practice Group in the New Orleans office. Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other transactional matters. Ms. LaCoste received her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. While in law school, she completed two judicial externships at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana for the Honorable Sarah Vance and the Honorable Nannette Jolivette Brown. She also served as a managing editor of the Tulane Law Review. Ms. LaCoste received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
Robert A. Mahtook, III
Robbie Mahtook joins the Corporate Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office. He focuses on real estate and commercial transactions and also assists a range of business clients with asset sales and other corporate transactions. Mr. Mahtook received his juris doctor from Tulane University Law School, his Master of Business Administration from Tulane University Freeman School of Business, and his Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Wicker focuses on criminal defense, commercial disputes, regulatory compliance, and other matters.
