Larry C. Lavender, Director of Government Relations in the firm’s Washington D.C. office, was one of the featured panelists for the “Online Gaming: When, Where and How Much?” session at the 2013 Southern Gaming Summit on May 8, 2013 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center. The lack of movement on online poker regulation on the federal level means that Internet gaming in the U.S. is set to roll out on a state-by-state basis. This session will catalogue the latest in state legislative developments from coast-to-coast, compare and contrast existing bills and offer a forecast on the character, pace and scale of the U.S. online gaming market. The Southern Gaming Summit is the largest commercial gaming trade show outside of Las Vegas and will draw visitors from around the globe.
