Lazio, head of the firm's Affordable Housing team in the New York office, served as a panelist at the Novogradac Tax Credit Housing Finance Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, on December 4, 2015. Mr. Lazio discussed the future for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), including the LIHTC rate floor bill currently in the House Ways and Means Committee, and how the bill could enhance certainty in the marketplace and encourage more private investment in affordable housing.
