Rick A. Lazio, head of the firm's Affordable Housing Practice Group, was a guest speaker at the New York Affordable Housing Management Associations’ Annual Regulators Seminar in New York City on May 3, 2016.  Mr. Lazio discussed  HUD funding, the RAD program, tax credit updates, public housing recapitalizations, and the status of funding for housing in this Congress. The seminar addressed various affordable housing topics including Governor Cuomo's $20 billion housing plan, tax credit updates, Public Housing Development undertakings, Section 8 service improvements, and accomplishments in addressing housing for veterans.
