Lafayette attorneys, Robbie Mahtook, an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, and Blair Suire, a partner on the intellectual property team, presented virtually in the Opportunity Machine (OM) "Boot Camp" series on July 13, 2021. Robbie and Blair's presentation "Entity Formation Issues from a Legal Perspective" discussed considerations in the process of forming a business entity including liability, tax, and trademark considerations. OM is a Lafayette-based organization that helps to grow business and entrepreneurship by providing business education, guidance, and risk reduction for small-business owners. The OM's Small Business Boot Camp series runs until August 3.
