Jones Walker partner Steve Miller will participate on a panel at the American Bar Association Section of Business Law Spring Meeting in Dallas, Texas, on April 10, 2008.  The program is entitled, "Latin America and the Petroleum Sector – Legal Issues for Corporate America in the Face of Record Oil Prices and the Rise of State-Owned Oil Companies."  A three-day event, the spring meeting consists of more than 80 CLE programs addressing breaking issues and new developments in all aspects of the global practice of business law.
