Bill Shaughnessy, a partner on the Construction Team in the Atlanta office, presented a CLE program for the State Bar of Georgia's Construction Section on March 5, 2026. Bill's presentation "Payment Procedures and Role of Construction Lenders" explored the importance of payment procedures in a construction contract and the role of construction lenders. He provided insight into what attorneys can do to ensure that funds keep flowing throughout the life of a project.
