Marjorie McKeithen, a partner and co-chair of the Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Industry Team, Victoria Bagot, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, and Adam Matasar, a partner and member of the private equity team, participated in panels at the Louisiana Energy Conference May 26–28 at the Four Seasons, New Orleans.
 
Marjorie spoke on the "Federal and Louisiana State Energy Policy" panel, and Victoria participated in the "Current Governance and Activism Trends and Update on Energy Capital Markets" panel. Adam moderated the "Private Equity: Where Is PE Investing and Lending in Today's Energy Market?" panel of private equity and investment partners and directors.
 
The Louisiana Energy Conference featured a series of presentations, panels, and discussions on recent developments and topics across key domestic and international oil, natural gas, renewable, and clean energy industries. The event brought together leaders from nearly 100 organizations, including public and private energy companies, as well as advisory, investment, private equity, industry trade groups, regulatory agencies, and supporting firms.
