Richard Tyler, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group, acted as a co-editor for the book, Construction Defects, Second Edition, recently published by the American Bar Association. The book provides guidance on multiple issues surrounding construction defects, including common types of defects, theories of liability and defense, damages, insurance, and case preparation. He was also a co-editor of the original edition of the book, published in 2012.
