Amy Garrity Scafidel, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the New Orleans office, was selected by New Orleans CityBusiness as a recipient of the 2012 Women of the Year Award. Each year Women of the Year recognizes 50 outstanding women whose success in business and contributions to the community have set the pace for the region's future. Honorees are innovative leaders who are making positive things happen with their energy, ideas, achievements, and commitment to excellence. Ms. Scafidel, along with the other recipients, will be honored at a luncheon on Friday, November 16, 2012, at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans.
