Bill Shaughnessy and Neal Sweeney, partners on the Construction Industry Team, presented “Effective Use of DRB’s for Real-Time Dispute Avoidance and Resolution, and Beyond,” at the American Road & Transportation Builders Association’s (ARTBA) Western & Central Regional Meeting on October 25–27, 2022 in Aspen, Colorado. The presentation covered effective use of dispute resolution boards for real time dispute avoidance and resolution on large highway and transportation projects. The Washington, DC-based ARTBA brings together all facets of the transportation construction industry to responsibly advocate for infrastructure investment and policy that meet the nation's need for safe and efficient travel.
