Bill Shaughnessy, a partner on the Construction Industry Team in the Atlanta office, was recently elected chair of the Atlanta Bar Association's Construction Law Section for the 2023–2024 term. Associate Brad Sands was also recently elected a member-at-large. The Construction Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association consists of over 140 legal professionals involved in the practice of construction law that offers monthly meetings covering a variety of current Construction Law topics and networking social events.
