Bill Shaughnessy, a partner on the Construction Industry Team in the Atlanta office, was recently elected as the Vice Chair/Chair Elect for the Atlanta Bar Association 2022–2023 Construction Law Section Board of Directors. The Construction Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association includes over 200 legal professionals involved in the practice of construction law.
