Bill Shaughnessy, an associate on the Construction Industry Team, moderated a virtual panel titled “Effective Planning and Managing a Project Schedule in a Pandemic,” presented by the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Law Section on December 9, 2020. Panelists included professionals within the construction industry, and they discussed how to overcome obstacles during the pandemic and best practices to implement going forward. Bill serves as a Board Member-at-Large for the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.
