Bill Shaughnessy, an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice in the Atlanta office, was selected for a second, consecutive term as a Board Member-at-Large for the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Law Section (2020-2021). In addition to his role as Board Member-at-Large, Bill is also active in the Section editing the Construction Law Section Newsletter, a publication that is distributed quarterly to its members.

The Atlanta Bar Association provides Continuing Legal Education to its almost 6,000 members. The Construction Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association consists of 200 legal professionals and keeps members up-to-date on construction law topics.
