Bill Shaughnessy, a partner on the Construction Industry Team and offshore wind initiative in the Atlanta office, participated as a panelist for the Society of Construction Law's Offshore Wind: Managing Legal Risk seminar on May 9, 2023. The panel discussed a variety of potential exposures as part of building offshore wind developments such as planning for risk, supply chain and logistics, and contractual risks.
