Neal J. Sweeney, a partner on the Construction Team in the Atlanta office, has been appointed Associate Editor of Under Construction, a journal published three times a year by the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law. Under Construction supports the Forum on Construction Law’s mission to build the “best construction lawyers” by publishing articles, columns, and reviews concerning legal developments relevant to the construction industry.
