Shawn Daray, an associate in the Tax Practice Group, and Joe Tirone, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, participated in a panel at the 2025 Oceantic International Partnering Forum (IPF) Conference on April 29, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Shawn served as a panelist and Joe served as the moderator for the panel "The IRA in 2025: Updates for the Offshore Wind Industry," which covered the latest information on the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) as it relates to offshore wind. Shawn and Joe were joined by Abby Watson, president of the Groundwire Group, Catherine Belmán Goggins, policy director of Turn Forward, and Anne Reynolds, offshore wind vice president of the American Clean Power Association.
