Mike Drew, partner and co-leader of the Construction Team, presented at Rice Global Forum's panel discussion in Houston on March 7, 2024. The panel discussion, “The State of Decarbonization 2024,” covered how energy transition is impacting engineering and construction projects. Mike represents clients in regulatory and litigation matters involving large infrastructure projects, many of which involve carbon capture and sequestration, with a focus on obtaining and defending federal and state permits and approvals.
