Jeff Tillery, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group, and Valerie Fontenot, special counsel in the Litigation Practice Group, participated as panelists during the New Orleans Bar Association 2025 Bench Bar Conference on March 29, 2025, in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Jeff's panel "The Maritime Era" discussed the divergence of the Jones Act analysis in state and federal court. Valerie's panel "The Summary Judgment Era" provided an update on Louisiana's summary judgment procedure.
