Jones Walker LLP announced today that Tiffany Dupree has returned to the firm as special counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office. Tiffany was previously an associate in the Litigation Practice Group from September 2018 to October 2023.

“We are pleased to welcome Tiffany back to the firm,” said managing partner Bill Hines. “She returns with unique experience as a litigator, which will deliver value to clients seeking labor and employment counsel as well as investigation and regulatory support in navigating federal agency oversight across various sectors.”

Tiffany represents clients across a broad range of industries in governmental investigations and administrative proceedings brought before the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). She will play a key role in assisting clients with responding to on-site safety and health investigations by OSHA, the Chemical Safety Board, and the US Coast Guard, as well as in defending clients in subsequent litigation with the Department of Labor.

Among other matters, she has represented clients in complex oil and gas legacy litigation, post-judgment settlement and defense-cost recovery efforts, and disputes involving purchases and sales of minerals, rights-of-way, servitude agreements, and violations of local ordinances.
