William Underwood, a partner on the Construction Team and head of the firm's Atlanta office, served as a panelist at the Society of Construction Law North America's (SCL NA) 2026 Annual Conference on July 24, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee. William participated in the "Timing Is Everything Calculating Construction Defect Damages in a Post-Inflation World" panel, together with David Ehrlich, vice president & chief legal officer at Coastal Construction, and Matthew Flax, president and co-founder of Flax & Associates, LLC.
