Asher Friend, Meghan Montgomery, and Zachary Montgomery, attorneys in the Corporate Practice Group, participated in the Tulane University Law School 2025 Transactional Bootcamp on January 8, 2025, in New Orleans. The week-long program offers second- and third-year law school students the opportunity to practice skills associated with a basic corporate transaction, including counseling, negotiation, due diligence, and drafting exercises.
