Jaskot, maritime partner in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, served as the speaker for the Washington Update session and gave an update about how the mid-term elections change the playing field in congress and how this will impact the maritime industry. Marc C. Hebert moderated the panel on liquid petroleum movements and its effect on domestic barging. Mr. Hebert is a Board Member/Vice Chair serving on the Executive Committee of the MVTTC.
