Jones Walker construction attorney, Richard Tyler has been appointed to serve a two-year term as chair of the Division 3 (Design) Steering Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry.

With over 6,000 members representing all segments of the industry, the ABA’s Forum on the Construction Industry is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the United States and abroad. The Forum’s mission is to serve the construction industry through education and leadership

Mr. Tyler is a member of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups, and is the chair of the firm's construction practice. Mr. Tyler is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Georgetown University Law Center.
