Richard J. Tyler, a partner in the New Orleans office and chair of the firm's construction practice, authored the lead article "Discovery in Arbitration," in the Winter 2015 volume of The Construction Lawyer, the scholarly journal of the ABA Forum on Construction Law. The article was adapted from his chapter on the same topic in the Forum’s 2014 treatise Construction ADR.
