Richard J. Tyler, a partner in the New Orleans office and chair of the firm's construction practice, moderated a plenary session on January 29, 2015, at the 2015 Midwinter Meeting of the ABA Forum on Construction Law in Scottsdale, Arizona. The plenary session, titled "Journey to E-Discovery World: The Six Rings of Hell," addressed topics including the lawyer obligation of competence, spoliation & sanctions, e-discovery plans, technology assisted review, and inadvertent disclosure.
