Partner Richard J. Tyler was a panelist at the 2008 Midwinter Meeting of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry. The program, "The 2007 A1A Documents: New Forms, New Issues, New Strategies," was presented in New York City on January 31, 2008, and again in San Antonio on February 7, 2008. Mr. Tyler’s presentation, A Disorderly Compendium of the A201 – 2007, was part of a plenary session on modifications to AIA Document A201, General Conditions for the Contract of Construction. Mr. Tyler was also a member of the planning committee for the program.
