Our Firm Culture and Inclusion Committee works to support and foster our shared values by championing actions that:
- Increase awareness of the importance of a broad-based workforce of talented individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences and how it enriches our firm and our ability to service our clients and communities
- Encourage mutual respect and appreciation for those with different perspectives and backgrounds
- Assist the firm in recruiting, retaining, and advancing the most talented lawyers and professional staff from across the communities we serve and beyond
- Continue to develop a pipeline of talented lawyers and professional staff from a broad base of sources
- Provide mentoring and coaching opportunities to inspire, uplift, and aid all lawyers and staff in career advancement
