Amy Anderson is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. Amy’s practice focuses on complex commercial and construction litigation in state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute resolution tribunals.

Amy represents and advises clients on a variety of matters, including those related to operations, contract disputes, construction defect and delay claims, and dispute prevention and resolution measures. Amy routinely handles claims related to delay and construction defect claims for general contractors as well as large-scale subcontractors in both the public and private sector. She also has experience managing complex litigation concerning fraud, fraudulent transfer, misappropriation and theft of trade secrets, unfair competition, personal injury, eminent domain, and employment matters.
