Drawing on his more than 45 years of experience, Glenn advises and represents clients in connection with all aspects of domestic and international maritime law. He regularly handles a wide variety of transactions and litigation, including commercial and tort matters.

Glenn focuses his practice on disputes involving collisions, cargo, personal injury, pollution, towage issues, contracts, insurance coverage, salvage, liens, products liability, and toxic torts. As well as advising clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, he also represents businesses and individuals in arbitration and in administrative and regulatory proceedings.

In addition to his maritime practice, Glenn also handles a wide range of cases involving insurance coverage disputes and bad-faith insurance claims.
