Jack represents a variety of clients in the construction industry, ranging from owners and general contractors to design-build contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. His legal practice focuses on arbitration, litigation, and mediation of large construction and infrastructure project disputes for a variety of issues, including breach of contract, delay, lost productivity and disruption, and construction defect claims.

Jack’s experience extends to several aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including performing legal research, conducting briefing and motions practice, and preparing documents for mediation, depositions, and presentation at trial.

While earning his juris doctor from University of Georgia School of Law, Jack co-founded the Privacy, Security, and Technology Law Society, worked at the Business Law Clinic and Veterans Legal Clinic, and completed an externship with a leading management consulting firm.
