Jill Brumberger is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group, where she focuses on corporate governance, entity formation, and a broad range of transactional matters.
Jill brings more than two decades of experience advising companies on corporate governance, entity formation and dissolution, and transactional matters. Her practice encompasses private equity offerings, including debt and equity financings; mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset purchases; and the due diligence that supports these transactions. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and editing business agreements across a range of industries, developed over a career with national and large regional law firms.
At Jones Walker, Jill regularly advises middle-market companies and private equity sponsors as part of the team’s corporate and outside/general counsel practice.
