CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) – Office Visitor Policy

In keeping with public health guidelines regarding COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of all our colleagues, clients, and visitors in Jones Walker’s offices, the firm has updated our visitor policy.

Clients and visitors are discouraged from visiting our offices in-person during this time except in cases of urgent business. Individuals should refrain from visiting our offices, if they:

• Have traveled outside of the US within past 30 days
• Currently have any of these symptoms and/or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 30 days:
  • Fever over 100.4
  • Persistent cough
  • Shortness of breath                       
• Have been in close contact with an individual who has had any of the symptoms noted below and/or who tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 30 days:
  • Fever over 100.4
  • Persistent cough
  • Shortness of breath
• Are not willing to have their temperature taken
• Are not willing to wear a mask or face covering

If you are unable to comply with our visitor policy, please refrain from visiting our offices at this time. Our partners and employees are working under the same guidelines.
