Jordan represents clients in the construction industry, ranging from owners and general contractors to subcontractors and suppliers. He has a wealth of experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including performing legal research; conducting briefing and motions practice; and preparing documents for mediation, depositions, and presentation at trial. Jordan also offers his clients practical advice during contract performance to help avoid claims in the first instance.

Prior to and while earning his juris doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law (UGA Law), he was involved in litigation work at various law firms. During law school, Jordan served as an extern with multiple public defense offices around the state. Jordan was also an active participant in UGA Law's Mock Trial program and the Clarke-Carley Inn of Court.
