Michael Stewart is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate law, transactional, and real estate matters.
Michael’s practice focuses on the areas of corporate law and real estate, including acquisitions and sales, private equity investments, corporate financing, and other general business matters. He assists clients with structuring, negotiating, and closing commercial transactions.
Michael has handled numerous leases of retail, industrial, and office sites, including ground leases, build-to-suit leases, reverse build-to-suit leases, subleases, and master leases, on behalf of both local and national landlords and tenants.
While earning his juris doctor degree at Loyola University College of Law, Michael served as the articles editor of Loyola Law Review.
