Olivia’s practice focuses on the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law.

She earned her juris doctor degree, summa cum laude, and a diploma in comparative law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Olivia served as Editor-in-Chief for the Louisiana Law Review. She was inducted into the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top 10% of her class.

The Louisiana Supreme Court, in its recent Carollo v. Dept. of Transportation and Development decision, cited a comment by Olivia published in Vol. 82 of Louisiana Law Review.
