Sheldon “D.J.” Johnson is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and a member of the commercial disputes team.
While earning his law degree, D.J. served on the Tulane Moot Court Board. He also completed clerkships and internships at private law firms and sports franchises. His many activities in law school included serving as a board member of the Order of the Barristers and as an executive board member of the Tulane Sports Law Society and the Tulane Black Law Students Association. He also served as a member and coach of two Thurgood Marshall appellate teams and won “Best Brief” at the Southwest Black Law Students Association Regional Competition.
In addition to his legal work, D.J. volunteers for a number of organizations in his community.
