Sydney represents construction clients in a variety of complex litigation disputes.

She assists a broad range of clients within the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, design-build contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Her practice focuses on the arbitration and litigation of large construction and infrastructure project disputes related to a variety of issues including breach of contract, delay, lost productivity and disruption, and construction defect matters. Sydney has experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including performing legal research, conducting briefing and motions practice, and preparing documents for mediation, depositions, and presentation at trial.

While earning her juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, Sydney served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gray H. Miller of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
