Tom Roberson is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He has extensive international experience, advising clients on a full range of infrastructure and project development related transactions, including engineering, procurement and construction contracts, power and oxygen supply contracts, project financings, joint ventures, and regulatory-compliance issues. Tom is a member of the Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Industry Team and a co-chair of the mining team.

Tom returned to Jones Walker in 2016 after spending several years abroad working for the Indonesian affiliate of Freeport-McMoRan Inc., where he was responsible for supporting the Jakarta-based legal group managing a range of corporate, infrastructure and project development, project finance, joint venture, tax, regulatory, and compliance matters involving copper mining, refining, power, utility supply, and smelter projects.
