Mallery

Will represents private and public companies, institutional investors, and other firm clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters.

Will earned his juris doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he served as lead articles editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review and president of his third-year law class. He also holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy from Washington and Lee. Prior to law school, Will worked as a music licensing representative for SESAC, a for-profit performance rights organization, where he gained experience in copyright law and the entertainment industry.
