Wish represents and advises major financial institutions in cross-border capital markets transactions. She has extensive experience representing corporate trust clients in offerings of corporate and municipal, high-yield and investment grade, secured, unsecured and subordinated, convertible, public, and private debt issued under trust indentures of domestic and international issuers (with an emphasis on emerging markets throughout Latin America), as well as sophisticated and novel project and structured financings, loan facilities, secured and asset-backed lending transactions, escrow arrangements, and restructurings. 

She regularly advises clients and lawyers within the firm on matters related to debt financings, including the Trust Indenture Act, Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings, exchanges, consent solicitations, and tender offers and issuances of global securities through domestic and foreign book-entry clearing systems.

In addition, Wish counsels corporate clients in a variety of routine and complex commercial transactions, including professional service, purchase, sales, procurement, consulting, marketing, support, and other similar agreements.
